HOW TO MEASURE YOUR SHOE SIZE FOR A PERFECT FIT

1. Take a blank A4 paper and use tape to fix it on the floor
2. Place one foot firmly on the paper and draw the outline along your foot
3. You can repeat the above steps a few more times to get the most accurate outline
4. Draw a straight line horizontally at heel and a second one touching the top point of longest toe
5. Measure the length between the two straight lines
6. Use the chart below to find your size
7. Do not forget to measure the other foot. We all have slightly different size on left and right foot. And go for the bigger size between the two

10 TIPS ON HOW TO CHOOSE SHOES

Mesuring

1. Always try to measure your size at the end of the day when it is at the largest
2. Always try on both feet and walk around to feel the shoe
3. Our foot naturally becomes larger year by year. We suggest you measure your foot size once a year

Choosing

4. Everyone has one foot slightly bigger than the other, take the bigger size when choosing shoes for the best comfort
5. Big toe should never touch the front of the shoe, but not too far neither. Keep a 3mm – 5mm distance depending on the shoe
6. When shoes are too big, stability is not at its best with moving foot inside. And we risk feeling cold due to excessive space;
When shoes are too tight, it gives pressure to feet and it is not good for blood circulation. And feet cannot breathe well
7. Width of our foot is also important when choosing shoes. There are wide, stand, narrow. Get the right shoe shape for your foot

Comfort

8. Good leather or suede shoe is more pliable and will mold to your foot shape for a better comfort
9. The most advised heel height is 4cm. The maximum height is 7cm for an acceptable comfort
10. When choosing high heel, make sure the ball part is well fit inside the shoe to avoid fatigue
