RETURN

We hope you are happy with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product within 14 days of receipt.

We do not offer exchange service. If you want order in another size, another colour or another design, please place a new order.

- Choose the product you wish to return and send a return request indicating the reason of return

Package status turns to “waiting for confirmation”

Insert the delivery note into original package with the product

- Please allow us a few days process the parcel and check the product condition. If validated, we will make the refund in 14 working days. However, it may take more time for your bank to receive the credit.

 

RETURN CONDITIONS

- Product must be returned in its original packaging with its label or any accessories.

- Product must be returned in its original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered.

- We retain the right to refuse a refund if the product condition does not comply as mentioned above. In this case, product will be returned to the customer.
